Unpasteurized or filtered beer, obtained with a natural production process.
Our beer is refermented in the bottle: before bottling, a small amount of sugar is added, which is then fermented in the bottle by the yeasts left in suspension.
The carbon dioxide produced by this refermentation imparts a carbonation ("fizz") in a completely natural way.
