Our preparations for risottos are born from traditional recipes and from the combination of very fresh ingredients of the highest quality - subjected to a dehydration process, the oldest and most natural food preservation procedure - with the best "Carnaroli" rice from the Vercelli rice fields .
CARNAROLI RICE is an Italian rice of the highest quality, it is characterized by a long grain, firm consistency, high starch content and an excellent cooking resistance , so as to be considered the " King of rice ".
Absence of GMOs: the product does not contain, is not made up of and is not obtained from genetically modified organisms, in accordance with current regulations.

Preparation in a pan : brown the contents of the bag in a pan with a spoonful of oil, deglaze with wine as desired. Add boiling water (650/750 ml). Mix and cook for 15/17 minutes. When cooked, stir in the butter and Parmesan. Adjust salt if necessary.
Preparation in the microwave oven : pour the bag with 620 ml of cold water in a large open container, cook for 15 minutes at 660 W. When cooked, stir in the butter and Parmesan. Adjust salt if necessary.
