Without prejudice to what is necessary to write by law below, often complying with boring bureaucratic and administrative terms, we would like to underline that for us the relationship with the customer is absolutely friendly and confidential. For over 20 years we have been working every day to guarantee our customers the best possible shopping and consumption experience.

We know that we live in a world that is increasingly connected today and that Privacy understood in the spirit of the legislator is often disregarded and fails to be substantial.

• For payments by Credit Card, the payment system ShopifyPayments compliant with the PCI standards and supports check-out with 3D Secure which includes:

  • Checkout with 3D Secure
  • PCI standard compliant servers
  • Encryption of payment data

• For payments with PayPal, upon completion of the order, the customer will be directed to the Paypal login page. The amount relating to the order is charged to the Paypal account at the time the order is acquired.

• For payments with Amazon Pay, the service allows you to send payments for products and services using the payment methods already associated with your Amazon.it account. To make a payment, you can use one of the methods available in your Amazon.it account.

• For payment with Satispay, this app allows you to pay for your online purchases by linking it to your bank account. The Satispay app is powered directly by the private current account or by the rechargeable card with IBAN code and is not linked to the credit/debit card codes, which are not required either during the registration phase or when using the service .

• For payment with Klarna after completing the order, the customer will be directed to the Klarna login page. It is possible to divide the payment into 3 installments without interest to spread the cost of the purchase over time.

For customers who do not have a credit card or who do not wish to send their credit card data over the Internet, FRATELLI BAIARDO S.N.C. di Baiardo Gian Luigi e Claudio, offers all its customers the possibility of paying cash on delivery for the goods directly to a person in charge at the time of delivery, or by bank transfer (in advance).

Methods and logic of data processing

Data Breach

For the exercise of the rights recognized by the new data protection legislation (Articles 15-22, EU Regulation 679/2016), including the right to lodge a complaint (pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR) you can send an email to the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority) to privacy@laportadeisapori.it 

For the treatments referred to in point 4) of the treatment purposes (direct marketing) the Customer can always revoke the consent and exercise the right to object to direct marketing (in "traditional" and "automated" form). The objection, in the absence of otherwise indicated, will refer to both traditional and automated communications.
