A thin strip of land laboriously stolen from woods and impervious hills; despite this, Liguria can boast a wine production of the highest level, in terms of quantity and quality. There are well 11 DOC and 4 IGT, among which excellence such as the Rossese di Dolceacqua or renowned top products from local grapes, such as Vermentino or Pigato.
To our selection of Ligurian wines we have added two other excellences of the national territory: a Prosecco Treviso DOC and a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato.
A selection of local Craft Beers could not be missing high fermentation, obtained with a natural production process.
