PESTO

Liguria is a region of rustic gastronomic specialties with the particular scent of the local oil. Among the condiments for first courses His Majesty triumphs the pesto , (in Genoese "u pestu" or " pistu " in the Imperia dialect variant). We offer it " classic " ideal for seasoning trenette and trofie, in the traditional version "Alla ligure " , and in the original " delicate " one without garlic and in the tasty variant of " red pesto " with tomato. All three are rigorously made with DOP Genoese Basil
