Our fruit compotes or creams (as we like to call them) are handcrafted with the best fresh fruit from Piedmont, harvested in orchards at the right point of ripeness. Immediately carefully cleaned and washed and after a few hours simply cooked in a pot with the sole addition of fructose. Available the fruit cream with Pears, with Plums and with Cherries.
