Once the super has been inserted into the hive, it takes 7-15 days for the bees to complete the frames with honey. Each frame contains about 2/2.5 kg of honey covered with a wax operculum. Leaning the frame on a lectern, the frame is uncapped, "freeing" the honey inside. It is a unique phase full of aromas and scents. Subsequently, the frames are placed in a centrifuge which will proceed with the mechanical extraction of the honey.

Once the honey has been extracted, it is left to rest in a tank to proceed with the extraction of the last parts of the wax inside.

From the industriousness of bees comes honey, a complex, wholly natural food product which helps to make our diet more balanced and healthy. Honey is a sugary substance, produced following the transformation of flower nectar.

Each frame contains about 2/2.5 kg of honey covered with a wax operculum. Resting the frame on a lectern, the frame is uncapped, "freeing" the honey inside. It is a unique phase full of aromas and scents.
