Each operation is performed manually.
Once harvested, the mushrooms are carefully checked, sorted and washed.
Subsequently, it is cooked in water. salt, vinegar, wine and natural flavourings. A few minutes are enough to have perfect cooking.
After which the product is ready to be packaged. The mushrooms are placed by hand in glass jars and excellent olive oil is added.
Finally the jars are pasteurized.
